What data we process and why

  • Contact form. We process your name, email address, phone number if you provide one and the content of your message, together with the date of submission and the IP address it was sent from. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the submission in order to prevent abuse of the form. The legal basis is your consent when you submit it.
  • Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we process browsing data —pages visited, language, device type and approximate location— linked to a cookie identifier, in order to measure use of the site in aggregate and improve it. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Google Analytics 4 does not store the full IP address of visitors.
  • Form security. We use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses interaction with the page to tell people apart from automated programs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site from mass form submissions.
  • Administration panel access. For authorised staff only. We process their name, email address, encrypted password, role, registration date, last sign-in and the IP address the session was started from. The purpose is to manage content and the security of access, on the basis of the relationship with ANCCE and our legitimate interest in security.
  • Technical server logs. Kept for a limited period in order to detect incidents and misuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site.

How long we keep the data

  • Contact messages: for as long as they are needed to answer your enquiry and to document the activity of the project. You may request their erasure before then.
  • Analytics data: the retention period configured in Google Analytics (14 months by default).
  • Panel accounts: for as long as the person is authorised to manage the site.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or disclose it for purposes other than those described, and we do not carry out automated decision-making affecting you. The following act as data processors:

  • Brevo, to email us the notification that you have written through the form.
  • Google, for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and for reCAPTCHA.
  • The technology providers supporting the site (hosting and email).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for in European data protection law.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ancce@ancce.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
